My name is Brigid Kay. As a registered dietitian, I have specialized in the field of eating disorders for over a decade. I have been a fitness instructor for over 20 years, and I am now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. In working with my nutrition clients in eating disorder recovery, a common theme that is similar to a disordered relationship with food is a disordered relationship with one's body and movement.
